Does Ragtown have parking available for guests with mobility issues/handicapped?

Yes, there are six parking spaces available just at the end of the building near the main entrance of the theater. These spaces are first come-first served, so early arrival is suggested. If you miss out on one of these parking spots, your driver may drop you off at the front door and ride the shuttle back up to meet you in the lobby.

Does Ragtown have a Lost & Found?

Yes, just call the toll free number (1-877-724-8696), if we’ve “found” it, we’ll mail it to you!

Is Ragtown an outdoor or indoor facility?

Ragtown is an indoor theater with seating up to 500. Bathroom facilities are spacious with one unisex bathroom in the lobby. A small concession area is also located in the lobby, serving soft drinks, coffee and candy bars.

Can a group be mixed between adults and students / children and still receive the group discount?

Yes, if your total head count is over twelve, the adult tickets will be reduced by 25%, however, the student / child rate remains the same at $10.00 per student / child.

What age bracket is included in the student / child ticket?

All students from Kindergarten through College qualify for the reduced rate. Children 4 and under get in free.

Do you have a Senior Citizen rate?

There is no break in ticket prices for Senior Citizens unless they are part of a group.

Can I request certain seats in the theater?

Yes, we make every effort to accommodate our guests with their favorite spot in the theater. However, the seats are assigned on the date they are ordered and therefore, we cannot guarantee that they will be available. We book seating well in advance of shows and so, early reservations are always encouraged.

What if I have to change the date I had planned on coming and the number of persons attending with me?

Just give us a call through the toll free number (1-877-724-8696) or our email address (robin@ragtown.com) and any changes to your original ticket order can be made at that time. However, we cannot guarantee that the same seats will be available when changing your date of arrival.

Do I have to prepay for my reservations?

No, tickets can be paid for upon arrival at the theater…even when pre-reserving them. Tickets can also be purchased in advance through the website.

How long are the shows?

We have approximately one hour of gospel music, a short intermission and then, the play. Altogether, about 2 ½ hours from start to finish.

Does Ragtown accommodate persons with mobility issues, wheelchairs, scooters, etc.?

Yes. We pride ourselves on making each person’s visit to Ragtown a great experience! All seating in the theater is moveable, so that any wheelchair or scooter can be moved into place anywhere in the theater. There are only three level changes and each is ramped with security rails in place. Our restroom facilities earn rave reviews from our guests, with handicap accessible stalls, lowered lavatories and paper towel dispensers.

How do I arrange to sit with friends who have made other ticket purchases?

Just give us a call or email and those ticket orders can be batched to allow you to sit together!
