In 2005, we set out to build a place where people would be, not merely entertained, but encouraged, reassured, and strengthened by a message of love and acceptance in Christ. Presenting the person and promise of Jesus has remained our defining mission.

Ticket sales provide only a fraction of our financial needs. Everything you see, hear, and experience at Ragtown is funded by donors. The sets, props, costumes, sound and lighting, Even the performers and event personnel donate their talent and time.

As you probably know, we consider the tickets of all active duty military and veterans pre-paid by their service. Free admission is the least we can do to honor their willingness to go into battle to assure our freedom to proclaim Jesus on stage and online. We’ve been able to offer thousands of dollars in tickets every year since we began this policy. A number of our donors direct their contributions toward supporting our outreach to veterans. We are especially grateful for those donations.

Our donors have enabled us to continue the mission for almost two decades. God has touched people to give in miraculous ways when we faced situations that might well have closed Ragtown forever.
